Keeping things local
All our printing and branding is done locally, except for some indented items. Many of our products are New Zealand made, and where possible, we use local services.
Primo Products orders include free freight to all New Zealand centres, based on a 48 hour delivery service to one location. Overnight service will incur extra charges ($14 per carton).
The standard lead time for most branded items is 5–7 working days from final artwork approval, providing the item is in stock. Indented items (items produced overeas) have a lead time of 15–20 working days.
We don’t have operate a traditional shop front—everything is done online. Because of this, we are confident that our prices are more than competitive. We have recently added many new products to our catalogue and have updated our pricing as well. Amazingly, most products have reduced in price, and we have adjusted our branding/printing prices as well—most often downwards!
